zzzWeb Internet Services provides web hosting to people all around the world. We have the responsibility to protect each client and provide them with the best services available. The following guidelines were designed to insure these services.

Content:
All services provided by zzzWeb Internet Services may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited. this includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secrete and other statue. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless zzzWeb Internet Services from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party.

Note: Pornography and sex-related merchandising are prohibited on any zzzWeb server. This includes sites that may infer sexual content, or Link to adult content elsewhere. This is also true for sites that promote any illegal activity or content that may be damaging to zzzWeb servers or any other server on the internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.

Examples of non-acceptable content or links

• Pirated software
• Hackers programs or archives
• Warez Sites
• Adult Sites

zzzWeb will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.

Unlimited Traffic
We are pleased to offer our clients unlimited Web page traffic, to maintain the integrity of our service the following limitations apply.

If you violate any of these guidlines, you are still entitled to service. ( traffic limitations apply to the following, not adult/warez/hacking ) However, your traffic will be changed from UNLIMITED to 6 gigabytes (about 6,000,000,000 bytes) a month. Keep in mind this is a VERY generous amoung of transfer, as 99% of our clients never exceed 1 gigabyte of transfer per month.

• Sites with more than one main page (As in, unrelated information).
• Multiple hosts resolving at a ip or domain name we provide
  
• Sites with Banners, graphics or cgi's running from their domain being used on other domains.
• Sites offering download archives, such as .zip, .tar, .ra and .GZ.
• Sites allocating more than 20% of system resources

Chat Rooms
We do not allow clients to install their own CGI chat rooms. These tend to be large system hogs and we cannot allow it as a account option. We do provide a choice of JAVA chatrooms free of charge that more than fill your needs and run without hindering the performance of the machine for others.

Background running programs
We may allow programs to run continually in the background , these are considered on a one to one basis and a extra charge will be incured based on system resources used and operational maintenance needed.

IRC
We currently do not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated on our servers.

Commercial Advertising - Email:
Spamming, or the sending of unsolicited email, from a zzzWeb server or using an email address that is maintained on a zzzWeb machine is STRICTLY prohibited. zzzWeb will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.

Server abuse:
Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to a zzzWeb server or customer of zzzWeb is strictly prohibited.

Any Sub-Networks of zzzWeb and dedicated servers must adhere to the above policies.

Liability: zzzWeb is in no way responsible for down time either resulting from a users actions, or natural fluctuations in internet consistency. zzzWeb will however, do everything within it's power to assure that each and every client site is up as consistantly as possible.

Refunds: Refunds will be posted for FULL months only. Notice of cancellation must be given before the month in question begins. Setup fee is NON refundable.
